Dear Barbara,

I already received and returned the survey. As you say, searching and shopping a car is a major decision. I wanted the right one and to also feel comfortable during the purchase. I first did a web shopping and based on that I contacted some dealers. I have to say that I had the best impression of Nelson Colon at Lehman Toyota since the beginnig. Lehman was my first visit and then I contacted the others on my list.

After I finished all my shopping, I had no doubt Nelson was the best one to do business with. He and his partner Tony Negrin were very professional all the time so it is very easy for me to say that Lehman Toyota and its internet team are excellent.

I am very happy with my new car and the great service I got from them and I will strongly recommend your location and team to everybody.

Dear Mr. Friedman,

I had the very pleasurable experience today of signing a lease for a 2010 Prius. My salesman (Marek and Baltazar) were two of the nicest, most polite gentlemen that I have ever met.  They were very patient in answering all of my many questions.  They made sure that I was very comfortable in the use of the Prius as I am a first-time Toyota customer.  You should be very proud to have them on your team.

Hello Eddie, Nelson, & Tony,

Thank you for the follow up. I am very happy with my new car and also of making the decision to purchase it at your Lehman Toyota location.

Nelson was great since the beginning; his email got my attention among others because he was clear and positively aggressive to make my Lehman's visit a must. I visited a couple of other dealers but non of the other sales persons were as professional as Nestor. He again gave me clear answers and information, I also liked your very professional stationery presentation which believe me, makes a big difference.

I called him a few times before making my final decision and he was very friendly, patient, was ready to please me with my additional requests, and even gave me some advice but without been pushy, which I loved.

The day of the purchase we had to wait too long for the financing and closing paperwork and we were getting tired and frustrated with the long waiting but it was nice to see him coming at the right timing, like if he was reading my mind because he was bringing water every time we were thirsty and he even brought a nice pizza trying to do his best to make us still feel comfortable.

After the signing, Tony took us to the car to explain each and every detail and feature taking all the time we needed in a very nice and easy way. In general both of them made us feel we were their most important customers.

It's been years before I decided to buy a car and part of it was because it has always been too stressful for me, but this has been a very nice experience and outstanding service. I will strongly recommend your dealer and internet team to everybody I find is looking to buy a car.

First of all, Happy New Year!!

Just wanted to Thank You and Congratulate You and Your Team for my excellent sales experience, it sure exceeded my expectations......from the first contact to delivery, professional and at the same time friendly....Specially Rushie and Mr. Tony Negrin. Tony was extremely patient with me and took his time in explaining each and every single Tundra feature, specifically the Bluetooth programming, gave me a tutorial and offered his assistance in any future questions/programming. Alberto Davila was also very helpful and a pleasure to deal with.  Eddie Flores also provided assitance and contributed to the great sales experience.  I'm sure I can also speak for my brother-in-law (not sure if you knew, he also bought a Tundra....I convinced him) who also had nothing but positive comments all around.
