I would like to applaud the salesperson for his knowledge & expertise in the matter for the car that he was selling me. I was iffy between a new altima or camry, but the way the salesperson explained the features of the car in comparison to the altima & his warm personality made me feel appreciated for his time & business. After comparing the two vehicles, I made the decision to buy the camry because of the salesperson's personality to let me know that I'm not making a mistake with my purchase and driving the car made me feel that I was making the right decision

He helped me to make a wonderful choice by cooperating with me as best as he could. He made me feel like I made the right choice which ultimately made me feel as if I could not leave that car in the dealer's lot. It had to come home with me. The experience was intense but rewarding. Mounir is GREAT ! He stayed late in the evening to accommodate my work schedule, gave me plenty of time alone with the car to inspect it, and didn't apply any typical sales pressure. We even worked through the stereo, navigation system, and other controls together since this was not a Toyota. It was the first time, I have ever had a car buying experience that was not stressful, and a sales person that I actually like. Please pass my compliments on to him.

I have to say that I had the best impression of Nelson Colon at Lehman Toyota since the beginnig. Lehman was my first visit and then I contacted the others on my list.

Thank you for the follow up. I am very happy with my new car and also of making the decision to purchase it at your Lehman Toyota location.

 

Nelson was great since the beginning; his email got my attention among others because he was clear and positively aggressive to make my Lehman's visit a must. I visited a couple of other dealers but non of the other sales persons were as professional as Nestor. He again gave me clear answers and information, I also liked your very professional stationery presentation which believe me, makes a big difference.

 

I called him a few times before making my final decision and he was very friendly, patient, was ready to please me with my additional requests, and even gave me some advice but without been pushy, which I loved.

 

The day of the purchase we had to wait too long for the financing and closing paperwork and we were getting tired and frustrated with the long waiting but it was nice to see him coming at the right timing, like if he was reading my mind because he was bringing water every time we were thirsty and he even brought a nice pizza trying to do his best to make us still feel comfortable.

 

After the signing, Tony took us to the car to explain each and every detail and feature taking all the time we needed in a very nice and easy way. In general both of them made us feel we were their most important customers.

 

It's been years before I decided to buy a car and part of it was because it has always been too stressful for me, but this has been a very nice experience and outstanding service. I will strongly recommend your dealer and internet team to everybody I find is looking to buy a car.

I met Albert Garver, the Toyota salesman, at the beginning of the summer. I told him that I wanted to buy a Matrix, but not until the end of the summer. My name is Alexander Zuriarrain and I am the proud owner of a 2009 Toyota Yaris.  I am especially proud and thankful for the job that Mr. Bel Mokhtar did on getting me an excellent deal on my vehicle.  Mr. Bel Mokhtar is an exceptional Sales Manager and a pleasure to deal with.  He was very courteous, patient, caring and open minded when it came to purchasing the Yaris.  I was very impressed by his relaxed demeanor and laid back attitude while at the same time being very attentive to detail and knowledgable.

 

There are very few moments in life where you would ever feel like giving any type of salesman a letter of gratitude and appreciation, but Mounir Bel Mokhtar most definitely deserves one.  I am more than glad to say that I will be recommending him to all of my friends, family and coworkers.  Mounir even has the added benefit of having a client who is a physician, because even some of my patients will know about the honest job he did in helping me purchase my vehicle. 

 

My only hope is that there are more than just one Mounir Bel Mokhtar's at Lehman Toyota because the car dealership world sure needs quite a few more of them.
